Excellent - I totally agree. If fear for continued US support for Ukraine really held Europe back this past year, it’s certainly now time to step up and counter Trump’s bullying.

My thought on Alaska is for someone to ask President Trump, as how much of it he is prepared to return when Vladimir Vladimirovich asks (as he seems to be keen to get all the 'lost' parts of Russia back, and the President seems happy for him to get them). Governor Dunleavy's thoughts might alsobe interesting...

Great post, fully agree! You might also have added USTR's threat to ban a bunch of European companies from doing business in America if the DSA is not repealed. Perhaps European countries should open their own base on Greenland, ideally v close to Nuuk?
